IntelliHR Holdings Ltd, a Brisbane-based Human Resources technology business, has announced a partnership with US recruiting software developer Greenhouse Software.

IntelliHR and Greenhouse have entered into a revenue share agreement to combine Greenhouse’s award-winning recruitment software and applicant tracking system with intelliHR’s Human Resources and people management technology.

IntelliHR has been seeking local and international partnerships to fast track the development of high-quality HR and people management tools and support new customer lead generation opportunities. The company says the partnership with Greenhouse is mutually beneficial.

Greenhouse and intelliHR provide complimentary technologies and share similar goals: Greenhouse aims to help companies in their hiring and recruitment process, and intelliHR provides people management tools and data analytics.

Both companies share the same ideal customer profile of targeting the mid to enterprise segment.

Greenhouse has offices in New York, Denver and San Franciso, and has customers worldwide, including successful companies like AirBnB, Pinterest, and Hubspot.

Greenhouse’s talent acquisition software has won numerous awards, including the Number 1 Best Place to Work by Glassdoor, Talent Acquisition FrontRunner leader by Software Advice, and Forbes Cloud 100.

IntelliHR was founded in 2013 and has since released over 650 product updates to its HR and people management technology, and its several current partners include Blaze Staffing Solutions, Lyons Advantage and HR Lead Consulting.

As at 2pm AEST, intelliHR shares were trading at $0.10, which is a 21.95 per cent increase on the previous closing price of $0.082.
