The company has agreed to buy ETIX Everywhere data centres in France, Belgium and Colombia for around $37.5 million from Etik Financial Holding America and Etik Financial Holding Europe.

Under the agreement, 360 Capital will have full ownership of two facilities and 50 per cent ownership in another six facilities with joint venture agreements.

However, for the deal to go through a number of various conditions need to be met. These conditions include the French regulatory approvals and consent of certain joint venture partners.

The purchase is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2021.

“We believe data centres are the factories of the future and this platform will provide us with growth opportunities especially in Europe and Latin America,” he told the market on Tuesday.
