CEO of Range International (RAN) Stephen Bowhill has tendered his resignation from the company.

Stephen will remain on the board and will transition to a Non-Executive Director over the next six months.

Since joining Range in 2018, Stephen has helped the company improve factory productivity, improve pallet quality and led a successful marketing effort in South East Asia.

Range has also announced the appointment of Marcus Goldstein as President Director of Indonesian Operations.

In this role Marcus will oversee the majority of the responsibilities that were undertaken by Stephen.

Currently, Marcus is Director of Operations of PT Repal Internasional Indonesia.

Finally, Range has appointed Dean Jagger as Company Secretary, effective immediately.

Dean will be taking over from Richard Jenkins who resigned from that position but remains Executive Chairman.

Range has ended the day 6.25 per cent in the green with shares trading at 1.7 cents in a $7.221 million market cap.
