Norwood Systems (NOR) has received a NZ$639,000 (just over A$603,000) purchase order from long-term customer Spark NZ for services across the new financial year.
The purchase order follows on from an agreement initially signed in January 2020.
Under this agreement, Norwood has provided Spark with its own branded version of Norwood’s world voicemail services and applications, dubbed Spark Voicemail.
Spark commenced promoting Spark Voicemail in March 2020.
Norwood’s CEO and Founder Paul Ostergaard is pleased with the purchase order.
“Spark NZ has been an excellent customer for Norwood, and an important reference point for the strong benefits Telco clients can receive by implementing a similar visual voicemail solution,” he said.
“I look forward to our relationship growing, with Spark Voicemail continuing to be a desirable value added service and a point of differentiation for Spark NZ.”
Last month, the company received a further $170,000 contract for software development services from Avicena Systems for the Avicena Sentinel pathogen screening instrument, Automated Lamp Testing System (ALTS).
On the market this morning, Norwood was trading up 31.6 per cent and is trading at 2.5 cents per share at 11:01 am AEST.
