Bulletin Resources (BNR) has completed its 206-hole aircore drilling program at the Lake Rebecca gold project in Western Australia.

The Lake Rebecca Project is situated 150 kilometres northeast of Kalgoorlie and lies along strike from Apollo Consolidated’s (AOP) Lake Rebecca Project.

It consists of four granted and one pending exploration licences, covering an area of 575 square kilometres.

It is located in the southern portion of the Laverton Tectonic Zone which is one of the more productive gold trends in the Western Australian goldfields.

The recently completed aircore drilling targeted fold structures and strike extensions to the 2.4 kilometre-long gold trend identified in previous drilling.

Additionally, it tested for anomalous gold which may be indicative of potential gold mineralisation at depth.

A similar near-surface gold anomalism was identified above Apollo’s Rebecca gold deposit which led to the Rebecca gold deposit system.

All samples have been sent to the laboratory in Kalgoorlie for analysis with results expected in August.

Bulletin was up 6.67 per cent on the market with shares trading at 6.4 cents at market close.
