PepinNini Minerals’ (PNN) Managing Director has resigned from the leadership role.

Rebecca Holland-Kennedy has stepped down from the role, instead filling a casual vacancy as a Non-executive Director – a position she will hold until the AGM.

PepinNini is an Australian exploration company focused on exploring, discovering and its tenements on the Eyre Peninsula and  in the Musgrave Province of South Australia, along with its resources in Salta Province, Argentina.

Ms Holland-Kennedy stepped into the role of Managing Director following the passing of her husband, Norman Kennedy.

Norman and Rebecca founded PepinNini in 2002 and listed the company 2005, running the company together until 2013.

PNN’s Chairman David Turvey said he was sad to see her leave.

“The company acknowledges Ms Holland-Kennedy’s commitment and contribution to PepinNini, and will work with her to ensure an effective transition of essential company knowledge,” he said.

The company said at the AGM Ms Holland-Kennedy intends to stand for re-election as a director.

PepinNini also confirmed it will kick off a search for its replacement Managing Director.

PepinNini Minerals was up 18 per cent, trading at 46 cents at the close of market.
