Indoor Skydiving (IDZ) has officially changed its name to become xReality Group (XRG).

The name change aligns with the company’s growth strategy and broadening of services on a global scale.

This official change comes after the recent 2021 financial year annual general meeting on November 30th.

Over the coming days, the change will be updated to the ASIC website, while the ASX will update their system on December 8.

Notably, the ASX ticker code will change from IDZ to XRG.

Commenting on the name change is CEO Wayne Jones.

“The change of name clearly aligns with our future growth strategy and marks the beginning of an exciting journey for the company and shareholders,” he said.

“As soon as the formalities are complete, the company will launch its new website xrgroup.com.au, where we will continue to keep our shareholders and customers up to date on the portfolio of companies under the new entity.”

On the market this afternoon, Indoor Skydiving was down 13.9 per cent and is trading at 6.2 cents per share at 12:15 pm AEDT.
