Wellness and Beauty Solutions (WNB) has appointed Steven Chaur as its new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer effective from January 24.

Wellness and Beauty Solutions is a medical aesthetics services company, which offers anti-aging cosmetic and body-sculpting treatments.

The appointment comes with a $520,000 annual salary excluding superannuation, along with a short term incentive to a maximum of $450,000 per year.

Mr Chaur most recently held Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer roles at Castlegate James Australasia, along with stints at Nutrano Produce Group and Patties Foods.

The recruit has proven experience consumer food products, specialised industrial products and agricultural production across local and international customer markets. He previously led organisations operating in global markets including New Zealand, Europe, China, UAE, Thailand, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, and the US.

“Steven’s track record of developing high performing teams and trusted brands together with his extensive experience in leadership and financial oversight is deeply aligned with the Board’s vision of building a successful and profitable company,” said board chairman Garry Hounsell.

“We welcome Steven to the team.”

The news comes after the beauty clinic operator fell into voluntary administration last year.

Wellness and Beauty Solutions last traded at 6.8 cents in 2021.
