Hannans (HNR) has completed a helicopter-borne electromagnetic (EM) survey at its Moogie Project in the East Gascoyne Region of Western Australia.

During January 2022, Hannans completed a 413 line kilometre high resolution EM and magnetic survey across the Mission Bore, Breccia, Minni Ritchi and Ghallangee prospects.

The survey at Minni Ritchi showed an elevated EM response in the vicinity of the prospect as well as coincident magnetic and geochemical anomalism.

Wide-spaced surface moving loop EM surveys have been recommended to test for deeper targets beyond the limit of the helicopter-borne survey.

A new target was identified to the southeast of Minni Ritchi with a target size of roughly 200 to 300 metres and starting at a depth between 50 to 100 metres.

The EM survey at Mission Bore noted a magnetic anomaly coincident with a previously identified gravity anomaly but only weak EM anomalism to the south.

At Breccia, the survey noted a minor EM response 500 metres south of the copper outcrop.

Follow-up mapping and sampling has been recommended for both Mission Bore and Breccia.

Hannans has ended the day in the grey with shares trading at 3.7 cents in a $96.43 million market cap.
