Pursuit Minerals (PUR) has completed aircore drilling at the Warrior project in Western Australia and has begun a moving loop electromagnetic (MLEM) survey.

The company conducted aircore drilling over auger geochemistry targets at the Smogo’s and Ablett prospects and expects to receive assays in late June.

A MLEM survey is now underway at Smogo’s while reverse circulation (RC) drill samples from Ablett have been sent for assay.

Pursuit will also complete MLEM survey work at the Anzac Hill, Roses and the Bindi Bindi prospects while the remaining aircore sample pulps from Ablett will be submitted for analysis.

The surveying is expected to be completed as soon as possible with the data to be analysed once completed.

“We are delighted our current Q2 field programs will be completed prior to cropping and we thank the many farmers who have been working with us to achieve this goal,” Managing Director Bob Affleck said.

“The results from this work will give us a solid start to field work later this calendar year and we look forward to exploring the anomalies generated.”

“Our technical team has done an outstanding job securing MLEM and drill crews at short notice, which has helped us immeasurably.”

Pursuit was up 27.8 per cent on the market with shares trading at 2.3 cents at 11:29 am AEST.
