PointsBet Holdings (PBH) has completed a major shakeup to its global leadership team, with three new changes to its board.

Manjit Gombra Singh is set to transition to the role of non-executive director, effective from today.

Mr Singh first joined the company in July 2019 as President, Product and Technology, before being appointed as an Executive Director in October 2020.

PointsBet Chairman Brett Paton said that since Mr Singh first joined PointsBet, he has made a significant contribution to its technology and cyber security capabilities.

“Given his industry experience and leadership skills, I have no doubt that Manjit will continue to make a valuable contribution to the board,” Mr Paton said.

Meanwhile, the company is set to welcome Dr Jerry Bowskill to its board, who will take over the reins of Group Chief Technology Officer.

Dr Bowskill is an experienced technology executive, having worked as Chief Technology Officer and Executive Director at Capital International Group, as well as The Stars Group and Scientific Games Interactive. The new transition will be effective as of July 18.

“Jerry has a wealth of gaming technology experience across numerous organisations and brings key leadership and technology capabilities to the global business as we continue to drive our technology strategy forward,” PointsBet Group CEO Sam Swanell said.

Additionally, Andrew Catterall will step into the role as Australian CEO from July 4.

The incoming leader comes from Racing.com, where he held the position of CEO, and led the business through a major transformation in broadcasting, digital media, rights acquisition, and commercial growth.

“As the Australian business heads towards our third consecutive year of impressive growth and EBITDA profitability, Andrew has been provided a mandate to continue this growth and to seek out important strategic opportunities which can strengthen the business,” Sam Swanell said of the new appointment.

PointsBet last traded at $2.97 on May 31.
