Construction company, SRG Global (SRG) has secured a specialist building contract in the Defence sector, totalling $20 million.

The company will work with managing contractor, Lendlease to provide structure works and engineered curtain wall facades at the HMAS Stirling and Henderson facilities in Western Australia.

The work will start immediately and is expected to take about seven months.

Managing Director David Macgeorge said the contract win demonstrates the success of the company.

“We are very pleased to have secured this significant new contract,” he said.

“This contract is our third contract in the Defence sector in the previous 12 months and highlights our ability to work with key repeat clients across a broad range of sectors.”

Shares were trading 1.67 per cent higher today at 61 cents each at 12:59 pm AEST.
