Orange Minerals (OMX) has finalised its plans for a phase two drilling program at the Calarie project in New South Wales.

The company plans to commence drilling this month, which will consist of four diamond drill holes for 1200 metres.

The program will follow on from the first phase, which successfully confirmed historical results and highlighted the potential for “significant” resources to be delineated at the project.

Orange Minerals will use this program to test mineralisation at depth below historical workings.

Managing Director David Greenwood said he was eager to start the drill program.

“Planning for a phase two drilling program at Calarie has been finalised and a diamond drill rig has been confirmed for July 2022,” he said.

“We look forward to drill testing this excellent project at depth”
