Tempus Resources (TMR) has identified further visible gold at the No 9 Vein within the Elizabeth gold project in British Columbia, Canada.

The gold was identified in hole EZ-22-28 and spans a length of roughly two metres beginning at a depth of 117.5 metres.

Tempus believes the gold grade would be less than 0.01 per cent with laboratory assays required to confirm the visual interpretations.

Further, no visual massive sulphide mineralisation was encountered in hole EZ-22-28.

To date, nine holes have been drilled at the No 9 Vein with visible gold encountered in three of the holes.

“We now have nine drill-holes into the No 9 Vein located 120 metres northwest of the Blue Vein. This is the third drill hole reporting visible gold in the core,” President and CEO Jason Bahnsen said.

“We are encouraged by the wide zones of mineralisation we are seeing in the previously unexplored No. 9 Vein. Assays are pending for all nine holes.”

Tempus was down 6.56 per cent with shares trading at 5.7 cents at market close.
