Raiden Resources (RDN) has commenced a detailed pegmatite and lithium mapping and sampling exploration program across its Roebourne, Arrow, and Mt Sholl projects in Western Australia.

The company aims to build upon previous results obtained from initial reconnaissance outcrop sampling at Roebourne South, which yielded significant rock chip results of 2.22 per cent, 0.98 per cent, and 0.37 per cent lithium oxide

Furthermore, the company intends to follow up on mineralisation intersected in a four-kilometre pegmatite field at its Roeborne South project, with some occurrences extending over a 200-metre strike and up to six metres in width at surface.

“With the current program, we hope to build on the potential defined in the initial and very limited scout sampling exercise on the recently acquired projects,” RDN Managing Director Dusko Ljubojevic said.

“In parallel, we will be evaluating the greater potential of the entire portfolio of projects in the Pilbara, including Mt Sholl and Arrow for Li-bearing pegmatites.”

Raiden’s program aims to evaluate the potential of its three projects and seeks to uncover comparable outcomes to those of neighbouring mining companies in the region, such as Azure Minerals (AZS) and GreenTech Metals (GRE).

RDN shares last traded a 1.1 cents.
