Dimerix (ASX:DXB) was the most viewed through Week 29, after requesting a halt pending announcements on funding and a potential acquisition. This morning, it unveiled the acquisition of Phase 2 asset DMX-652 alongside a $10.5 million non-dilutive loan facility. The move comes weeks after the biotech signed its landmark licensing deal with Everest Medicines for DMX-200 across China and parts of Asia, and after announcing patients would continue accessing the kidney disease treatment through post-trial pathways. Traders welcomed the move, with discussion largely centred on the expanding pipeline and stronger funding position.

Resolution Minerals (ASX:RML) was another stock firmly on HotCopper traders’ radar. The Australian-based explorer remained one of the market’s hottest smallcaps after securing a second FAST-41 designation from the White House for its Horse Heaven antimony and tungsten project in Idaho, a move designed to accelerate permitting of strategically important critical minerals projects.

And rounding out the most viewed: PYC Therapeutics (ASX:PYC). Investors have continued following the gene therapy developer ahead of key clinical milestones across its precision RNA pipeline, with optimism building around future trial updates and the commercial potential of its lead programs.

Now, in most discussed, 4DMedical (ASX:4DX) was heavily talked about after announcing a bipartisan legislation was introduced in the U.S. House of Reps to establish a US$20M pilot for advanced lung imaging in veterans. Traders were excited, but cautious about being too enthusiastic until it got passed.

Liontown Resources (ASX:LTR) was another popular stock in the HotCopper spotlight, after it this week spoke about expanding its Kathleen Valley lithium operation. Sentiment around the commodity remains volatile on HotCopper, with forum users debating the outlook for Kathleen Valley and whether improving battery metals demand can support a broader recovery in the lithium sector.

Mesoblast (ASX:MSB) was also one of the forum’s busiest stocks after reporting strong fourth-quarter Ryoncil revenue and earnings of $115M U.S. dollars for its first full year of sales. The company also announced its pivotal Phase 3 chronic lower back pain trial has now treated 300 patients, giving investors another major milestone to digest alongside growing commercial sales of its approved therapy.
