American Tungsten topped the most viewed list as investors continued following the company’s push to become a key U.S. supplier of tungsten and antimony, two minerals in growing demand from the defence sector.
It went into a halt today, with a significant acquisition announcement on the way. Investor interest has remained elevated following recent high-grade drilling results, a $10 million placement in June and the appointment of Casper Adson as CEO.
PolyNovo was another heavily viewed stock after coming under selling pressure this week. Though it reported FY26 group revenue of $150 million and positive free cash flow, investors debated whether the weakness presented a buying opportunity, with attention remaining on the company’s NovoSorb wound care platform and its longer-term growth outlook.
Rounding out the most viewed stocks was Anson Resources. The lithium developer remained firmly on investors’ radars after applying for additional mineral rights at its Green River Project in Utah, which would expand its mining footprint around the state.
It was also one of the week’s most discussed stocks, with investors debating the implications of its expanding Green River footprint, the merits of the 17 new mineral blocks it’s applied for, and upcoming project milestones in the U.S. lithium sector.
Liontown Resources generated strong discussion as traders continued weighing the outlook for lithium prices and the ramp-up at Kathleen Valley, with battery metals remaining one of the market’s most closely watched themes this week.
Mesoblast remained a forum favourite, having successfully treated 300 patients in a pivotal phase 3 clinical trial for a chronic lower back pain treatment. Traders chatted about the recent commercial progress for Ryoncil and the advancement of its late-stage clinical pipeline, with discussion centred on future revenue growth and additional regulatory milestones.
Racura Oncology rounded out the most discussed stocks as it was revealed that the first cohort in a big chemotherapy trial proceeded safely with no dose-limiting toxicity. It’ll present at the Global Cardio Oncology Summit in the U.S. later this year, highlighting the high level of industry interest in the trial. Investors were, however, a little dubious about the company’s inconsistent media strategy, with a few executive appearances raising eyebrows this week, and sparking plenty of forum chatter.
That’s it for this week’s HotCopper Highlights. See you next week.
