Aldoro Resources (ARN) has returned high-grade rock chip samples from its West Australian projects.

A rock chip sampling program of twenty pieces were collected from the Wyemandoo Pegmatite Swarm (WPS), Narndee Igneous Complex (NIC), and Quandong Well VHMS (QVM) targets.

The samples included LCT pegmatites, magmatic nickel-copper, and volcanogenic massive sulfide ore deposit copper-gold.

Aldoro said all rock chips samples returned highly anomalous results, warranting follow-up.

Wyemandoo pegmatites looked to trend northeast, varying from one metre to twenty metres in outcrop width, with shallow to moderate dips, typically at 30 to 60 degrees.

The rock samples confirmed the central pegmatite contained high-grade rubidium and highly anomalous lithium, with best results including 0.8 per cent rubidium, 0.81per cent lithium, and 219 parts per million (ppm) caesium.

Narndee Igneous Complex Gossan sampling returned 0.16 per cent copper and 921ppm nickel.

Finally, rock chip samples from the Quandong Area confirmed a copper-gold gossanous outcrop, returning 1.93g/t gold and 0.4 per cent copper.

Aldoro said it now plans to complete systematic rock chip and soils sampling programs and detailed mapping over the WPS.

This is hoped to identify the most prospective zones for drill targeting, as well as locate pegmatite strike extensions.

Aldoro Resources was up 1.18 per cent, trading at 43 cents at 12:50 pm AEST.
