Through its wholly owned commercial division, AlgoraeRx, the company has been appointed as a supplier under a NSW Health standing offer arrangement for an undisclosed pharmaceutical product.
The arrangement allows eligible NSW public hospitals and health districts to place purchase orders over an initial three-year term, with two one-year extension options available.
Algorae said the agreement was awarded following a competitive tender process and establishes the company as an approved supplier to one of Australia’s largest public healthcare procurement networks.
The arrangement is non-exclusive and does not include any minimum purchase commitments, meaning NSW Health customers are not required to order specific volumes.
Rollout and onboarding are already underway, with first product deliveries expected during the fourth quarter of 2026.
While the company described the agreement as strategically significant, it said it is currently unable to estimate the financial impact because revenue will depend on the volume and value of future purchase orders.
Algorae added that the specific pharmaceutical product, along with pricing and volume information, remains commercially confidential.
The company said it will provide further updates if future purchase orders become material under its continuous disclosure obligations.
Algorae is pursuing a dual strategy that combines AI-powered drug discovery through its proprietary AlgoraeOS platform with pharmaceutical commercialisation via its AlgoraeRx business.
