Anson Resources (ASN) has finalised its priority drill targets at its wholly owned Bull Target in WA.

Three priority drill targets have been determined following geophysical surveys, geological mapping and rock chip sampling programs, where it had previously confirmed the interpreted mafic-ultramafic intrusive complex.

The first stage of the program will see the targets drilled to a depth of 200 metres from west to east in order to maximise the potential intersection of the targeted anomalous ultramafic units.

Rather than a homogenous ovoid-shaped magnetic anomaly, the anomaly appears to comprise a series of magnetic high lenses and potential structural offsets.

The first of these targets is said to contain distinct internal structures made up of a series of magnetic-high lenses and potential structural offsets.

The company said it’s possible there are non-magnetic or reversely magnetised zones to this interpreted intrusive system that are not fully understood with the existing historical data, potentially suggesting that less magnetic areas within the complex could also be prospective.

Anson Resources is up 7.41 per cent, trading at 8.7 cents at 12:03 pm AEDT.
