APM Human Services International (APM) has been awarded new contracts to boost its annual revenue by $150 million.

The company was awarded the first contract through phase two of the Ontario Employment Services Transformation, expanding its growth in Canada.

APM currently delivers the program in the Peel and York regions, but with procurement of phase two now wrapped up, the company also secured contracts for the Ottawa region.

This new agreement has a three-year term, plus a two-year extension option, with the transitioning period now launched.

Additionally, the company secured two new JobCorps contracts in the United States for its program which helps young people between the ages of 16 to 24.

The program helps youths complete their high school education, train them for meaningful careers, and assists with obtaining employment. The Job Corps program has trained and educated more than two million individuals since 1964.

APM locked in the new contract awards, which will support its growth in North America, including contracts for Cassadaga, New York, and San Marcos in Texas.

The Cassadaga contract spans five years, while the San Marcos contract is a one-year interim contract, allowing time for future procurement. Both contracts are due to commence in April 2023.

“North America is an important growth market for APM as we continue to build a leading global health and human services company supporting positive outcomes for the clients and stakeholders we serve,” APM Group CEO Michael Anghie said.

“The contract awards will provide annual revenue of approximately $150 million and will contribute to our organic growth in-line with expectations.”

Mr Anghie added that the company looks forward to working closely with its partners in North America.

APM Human Services International was up 2.29 per cent, trading at $2.23 at 11:30 am AEDT.
