- Ardiden (ADV) strikes more “broad zones” of gold mineralisation from drilling at its Pickle Lake project in Canada
- Work at the Tonsil prospect hit up to 62.8 g/t gold, which ADV says shows the mineralisation is consistent with the Golden Patricia formation, and further targeting has begun
- At the Dobie prospect, drilling returned an intercept of 8.5 metres at 4.05 g/t gold, which Ardiden says highlights a broad mineralisation envelope within the secondary structure
- Exploration Manager Haydn Daxter says the results confirm Ardiden’s targeting strategy and support its broader vision for what can be expected at Pickle Lake

Ardiden (ADV) has struck more “broad zones” of gold mineralisation from a further 16 drill holes completed at its Pickle Lake gold project in Canada.
The newest results come from drilling at the Tonsil, Dorothy and Dobie prospects, which are all part of the Western Hub within Pickle Lake.
The Tonsil Prospect returned the highest grades, with results of 0.86 metres at 62.8 grams per tonne (g/t) gold from 115 metres and 0.5 metres at 8.68 g/t gold from 64.62 metres.
Ardiden said these assays showed high-grade mineralisation within the Tonsil prospect’s primary structure was consistent with the Golden Patricia formation.
Targeting has already commenced on the secondary structure along-strike and at depth to understand the exploration potential and factors of mineralisation at Tonsil.
Drilling at the Dobie Prospect returned a thicker intercept of 8.5 metres at 4.05 g/t gold from 92.5 metres within a 26.51-metre hit at 2.1 g/t gold from 77.8 metres. The company said these results highlighted a broad mineralisation envelope within the secondary structure.
The primary and secondary structures at Dobie reportedly had an untested strike length of over five kilometres to the southeast, which Ardiden said represented “significant” exploration potential.
Today’s results from the Dorothy prospect mark the final results and include a broad mineralisation zone of 38.48 metres at 0.97 g/t gold from 50.52 metres including 2.48 metres at 3.4 g/t gold from 50.52 metres.
“These results confirm our targeting strategy along the Golden Patricia trend and support our broader vision for what we anticipate at Pickle Lake as we better understand the controls of gold mineralisation and work towards opportunities to make significant discoveries,” Ardiden Exploration Manager Haydn Daxter said.
“The remaining 11 completed holes from the Western Hub drill programme are expected to be reported in October as final assay results arrive from Canada and are analysed.”
