The ASX200 is set to rise with futures up 0.95 per cent near 8:30 am AEDT this morning.

The company has signed an offtake agreement.

The deal is legally binding.

Bluglass (ASX:BLG) has issued an update on an MOU.

Bluglass has inked a deal with a third-party “photonics innovator”.

The company in question is called Applied Energetics.

Shares last traded at 3.2 cents.

Meanwhile, Tyro (ASX:TYR) has issued news on its legal goings-on.

The company has settled a legal dispute.

The dispute was with a third party called Kounta.

Shares last traded at $1.16.

Santana Minerals (ASX:SMI) has made a JORC update.

Based on recent drilling, the company has pushed 1.3M ounces into the Indicated category.

The Indicated category is of somewhat higher geotechnical confidence.

Shares last traded at $1.23.

And, Eagers Automotive (ASX:APE) has issued an odd one today.

The company is giving news to the market on a “cyber incident”.

Someone is meddling – Eagers says someone is posting its private data on the web.
