Auric Mining (AWJ) is nearing the completion of toll milling and processing of the first ore parcel from its Jeffreys Find gold mine in Western Australia.

The first parcel contains about 36,000 tonnes of ore, being processed by the Greenfields Mill in Coolgardie.

The company has dispatched five doré bars to Perth Mint for final refining, with the last doré bars to be delivered in the coming days.

“To have the last gold pour of our maiden milling program just as Diggers and Dealers start in Kalgoorlie is a wonderful reminder that junior explorers like us have a future in The Goldfields of Western Australia. We are delighted with the progress to date,” AWJ Managing Director Mark English said.

To date, BML Ventures of Kalgoorlie (BML) and Auric Mining have stockpiled more than 100,000 tonnes of ore on the mine site ROM pad – which will be transported to the mill for processing.

As of July 31, more than 8000 tonnes of ore are already on the ROM Pad at Greenfields Mill, steadily building up towards the next milling parcel.

The project aims to mine and process between 150,000 to 180,000 tonnes of ore from the Jeffreys Find Mine in its first phase.

Auric Mining last traded at 4.6 cents.
