Technology expansion capital fund Bailador Technology (BTI) has completed a $7.7 million follow-on investment in InstantScripts.

The investment has resulted in a 15 per cent increase to the valuation of Bailadors existing $7.8 million investment in the company.

InstantScripts is digital health care platform, which allows Australians to access medical care and routine prescription medication. Its revenue has grown 109 per cent year-on-year, with over 300,000 users registered on its platform.

BTI has now invested a total of $16.6 million in the company.

“We are very happy to be backing the InstantScripts team and increasing our exposure to the high-growth digital healthcare sector,” Bailador Co-Founder and Managing Partner Paul Wilson said.

“InstantScripts has grown rapidly since we first invested and we are now seeing these growth rates accelerate.

“We remain very positive about the future growth opportunities available to InstantScripts as the team goes about building Australia’s leading digital health platform.”

Shares in Bailador Technology Investments closed flat today at $1.25 each.
