Ballymore Resources (ASX:BMR) has returned more high-grade silver, lead, zinc and indium results from its Torpy’s discovery in North Queensland, with the first assays from a 22-hole drilling campaign extending mineralisation closer to surface.

The latest drilling at the Ruddygore Project continues to support Ballymore’s emerging model of multiple high-grade mineralised shoots at Torpy’s.
Standout intercepts included 14 metres at 76.6g/t silver, 3.43% lead, 2.32% zinc and 3.7g/t indium from 76 metres in hole BTPRC010, including three metres at 249.6g/t silver, 12.19% lead, 6.05% zinc and 8.3g/t indium.
Individual samples also returned grades of up to 434.4g/t silver and 27.09% lead.
Managing Director David A-Izzeddin said the results continued to demonstrate the potential of the discovery: “Torpy’s continues to deliver. These latest results have extended high-grade mineralisation closer to surface and provide further evidence of multiple high-grade shoots,” he said.
The two holes targeted up-dip extensions of mineralisation and intersected broad zones of massive to semi-massive sulphides dominated by galena and sphalerite, confirming continuity of the mineralised system.
The company resumed drilling in May 2026 after the wet season, completing a further 22 holes for 2,673 metres across the Torpy’s and Little Torpy’s prospects. Assays from only the first two holes have been received, with numerous additional drill intersections still awaiting laboratory results.
Beyond drilling, Ballymore said gravity surveys, geological mapping and rock-chip sampling continue to identify new targets across the broader Torpy’s district.
The company believes the combination of shallow, high-grade mineralisation, strong geological controls and a growing pipeline of drill targets supports the potential to expand the mineralised footprint and progress Torpy’s towards a maiden Mineral Resource.
Several holes from the latest campaign have already reported significant visual sulphide mineralisation, with assay results still pending.
