Battery Age Minerals’ (ASX:BM8) winter drilling program at Falcon Little Lake has intersected spodumene-bearing pegmatite in each of the initial four drill holes.

The drill results from the Falcon Lake Lithium Project in Ontario, Canada indicate mineralisation, the company said today, with intercepts including 54.1m in hole 24FL-107 and 55.95m in hole 24FL-108.

Battery Age Minerals’ CEO, Nigel Broomham, was upbeat about the drill results and suggested this augurs well for the future.

“We are thrilled to announce a strong start to our 2024 winter drilling program at the Falcon Lake Lithium Project. These results confirm the growth potential of this discovery and highlight the expanding scale of the mineralised system,” Mr Broomham said.

The company says its fast tracking sample analysis, with results expected within four weeks.

The company has also planned additional drilling at Falcon Little Lake to now take advantage of these initial results and map out possible extensions.

BM8 has been trading at 9 cents at 1pm Sydney time.
