BetMakers (BET) subsidiary OM Apps has signed an updated agreement with two divisions of The Waterhouse Group, Tarpin Finance and Rob Waterhouse.

OM Apps will continue to host, develop, support and maintain the RobWaterhouse.com platform for five more years.

Meanwhile, its agreement to service tomwaterhouse.com betting application remains unchanged.

Waterhouse VC will be issued the remaining 14.3 million options in the coming months, upon conversion of the Class C Performance Right. These will be issued with an exercise price of 18 cents.

However, there will be no more options issued under the commercial agreement with Waterhouse VC.

CEO of Tarpin and RobWaterhouse.com Rob Waterhouse said he believed BetMakers were at the forefront of global wagering.

“We partnered with BetMakers as we believed in the company and its vision,” he said.

“We have been delighted to be able to assist in such a way that has seen this vision materialise and we will continue to be a client and supporter of the company.”

In other news, its BetMakers DNA subsidiary has signed a deed of termination for its managed trading services agreement with Tarpin.

The termination comes as Tarpin has hit key goals earlier than anticipated for the MTS product.

The agreement will close at the end of June and is expected to deliver higher gross profit margins to this sector of Betmaker’s business.

BET shares were up 5.05 per cent and trading at 52 cents per share at 10:12 am AEST.
