Blue Star Helium (ASX:BNL) plans two more wells at Galactica/Pegasus

Blue Star Helium (BNL) has planned two further exploratory water wells at its Galactica and Pegasus prospects in Colorado.

This brings the total to four wells, which will be drilled in order to follow up on recent helium discoveries made in the company’s other nearby wells.

The drill rig will be moved to Galactica and Pegasus following drilling of the maiden helium well at the Serenity prospect. The company expects to start drilling at Serenity towards the end of this month.

In addition, Blue Star is mobilising equipment for workover of the Enterprise 16-1 well and is awaiting further permits to drill between two and five helium wells at Voyager.

BNL is advancing work on its resources updates, plan of development and process facilities FEED for Voyager and Galactica/Pegasus is advancing, with expected completion in the second and third quarter of this year.

Shares were trading 7.14 per cent higher at 3 cents each at 12:18 pm AEST.
