Boadicea Resources (BOA) Managing Director and Chairman, Clarke Dudley, has unfortunately lost his life to cancer.

The company says his death “came as a shock” as he has been receiving treatment for a number of years and the disease seemed to be controlled.

Clarke was the founder of the company and was “instrumental in its direction and development.”

The Board has appointed Steven John Moon as an additional director. Steven has over 30 years’ experience in finance and investments in the resource sector.

Boadicea is a mineral exploration company for nickel, copper, gold and lithium in Western Australia.

The company’s key exploration project is Symons Hill, 200 kilometres south-east of Kalgoorlie and east of Norseman, in the Fraser Range.

Boadicea said there will be more announcements to come.

On market close, Boadicea Resources remains in the grey, trading for 21 cents per share.
