- Bryah Resources (BYH) has begun a 4000-metre aircore (AC) drilling program and geophysical survey at its Windalah Prospect in WA
- The AC holes will be drilled directly into the modelled downhole electromagnetic (DHEM) conductor plate zone
- Dipole-dipole induced polarisation (IP) surveying has also begun over a DHEM anomaly area
- The surveying will test a large time domain electromagnetic anomaly identified in 2018
- Once the IP survey and AC drilling have wrapped up, Bryah will begin a gradient array induced polarisation survey at the Brumby Creek Manganese Prospect
- Bryah is down a slight 1.32 per cent on the market and shares are trading at 7.5 cents
Bryah Resources (BYH) has begun a 4000-metre aircore (AC) drilling program and geophysical survey at its Windalah Prospect.
The Windalah Prospect is part of the Bryah Basin Project which lies between 100 to 150 kilometres north of Meekatharra in Western Australia.
AC drilling will focus on the Windalah and Mount Labouchere nickel-copper-cobalt prospects with holes to be drilled directly into the modelled downhole electromagnetic (DHEM) conductor plate zone.
Data from a recent ground magnetic survey will be used to finalise the location of the holes.
Two lines of dipole-dipole induced polarisation (IP) surveying has also begun over a DHEM anomaly area.
The survey will test deeper responses below the DHEM conductor plate and a large time domain electromagnetic (VTEM) anomaly identified in 2018.
Once the IP survey and AC drilling have wrapped up, Bryah will begin a gradient array induced polarisation (GAIP) survey at the Brumby Creek Manganese Prospect.
A GAIP survey undertaken in 2020 successfully identified a shallow high-grade manganese deposit.
Both of the surveys are fully funded by OM Manganese under the Bryah Basin Joint Venture.
Furthermore, Bryah is waiting on results from a recently completed reverse circulation drilling program completed below a volcanogenic massive sulphide anomaly.
Samples are currently at the laboratory and results are expected in the next two weeks.
