Dennis has practised as a chartered accountant and solicitor in leading professional firms where he specialised in commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and market activities between Australia and China.

Following his retirement from the partnership of BDO Australia, he remains a Strategic Advisor with the firm.

Upon his appointment, Dennis commented that he is honoured to be appointed as Executive Chairman.

“Great progress has been made in realising the Company’s vision. There are many more opportunities ahead and I look forward to working with Kristy [CEO] and the Bubs team to capitalise on them,” he said.
