Bulletin Resources (BNR) has appointed Mark Csar as CEO, effective immediately.

Mr Csar has been the Chief Geologist for Bulletin since May 2020 and brings over 30 years’ experience in exploration, development and mining operations in Australia and internationally.

Prior to Bulletin Resources, Mr Csar held senior positions for ASX-listed companies including Wiluna Mining (WMC), Aberfoyle Resources, RGC and Iluka Resources (ILU) in commodities such as gold, copper, nickel, tin and mineral sands.

“We are delighted to appoint Mark as the new Chief Executive Officer of the company. As Bulletin continues to build its project portfolio it is the right time to appoint a CEO,” Bulletin Chair Paul Poli said.

“Mark’s work over the last two years at Lake Rebecca and more recently his identification of new opportunities including the Ravensthorpe Lithium project illustrates his ability to fill the role.”

Bulletin Resources is a Western Australia-focused explorer whose main projects are the Lake Rebecca gold project and Ravensthorpe lithium project which have both shown strong potential in their relevant commodities.

Under the terms of his employment, Mr Csar will have a fixed remuneration of $260,000 per annum, plus statutory superannuation.

Bulletin Resources ended Tuesday’s session 4.55 per cent in the green to close at 11.5 cents per share.
