Bulletin Resources’ (BNR) latest drilling program has extended the Rebecca gold mineralisation trend by at least 600 metres.

Bulletin’s 80 per cent-owned Lake Rebecca gold project is located 150 kilometres east-northeast of Kalgoorlie. The project is immediately along strike of Apollo Consolidated’s (AOP) 1.03 million ounce Rebecca gold project.

The recent 15-hole reverse circulation (RC) drilling program was aimed at testing the strike potential of the Rebecca gold deposit further north into Bulletin’s ground. It was also designed to test the potential for additional gold trends within the granodiorite that hosts gold mineralisation in Lake Rebecca,

Pleasingly, RC drilling extended Rebecca mineralisation by at least 600 metres along strike into Bulletin’s ground. The gold trend remains open to the northwest.

Best assay results from three-metre composite sampling include; three metres at 1.44g/t gold from 72 metres, six metres at 1.24 g/t gold from 93 metres, and 18 metres at 0.58 g/t gold from 57 metres.

“Bulletin is extremely energised by the results of this initial explorative drill program, which confirms our belief that our neighbour’s gold trend does, in fact, extend well into Bulletin’s ground,” Chairman Paul Poli said.

Importantly, another gold trend in the southwest corner of Bulletin’s tenement was identified. The strike extent is limited however identifying another gold trend supports the company’s belief that Lake Rebecca may host other significant gold deposits.

Company shares have dropped 18.2 per cent and are trading for 7.2 cents each at 3:53 pm AEST.
