Roto-Gro International (RGI) has granted an extension to Canniberia for payment of its initial order.

The purchase order from Canniberia LDS for CAD $1.039 million (around A$1.13 million) for 144 RotoGro Rotational Garden Systems and one RotoGro Plant Nutrient Management System.

RotoGro uses automated agricultural cultivation technology to provide effective solutions to the indoor vertical farming market. The company’s Rotational Garden Systems are supported by Enterprise Edition iGrow software, a nutrient management system, automation technologies, and in-house design and engineering services.

Roto-Gro agreed to deliver and install the technology at the Canniberia Facility in early Q1 2022.

In October, Roto-Gro granted Canniberia an extension of the date of payment of 50 per cent of the initial order to 15 December, citing ongoing administrative delays due to COVID-19. However, the company is still yet to receive the payment.

Roto-Gro said it is maintaining close and continuous communication with Canniberia, who is said to remain committed to working with RotoGro under the agreement.

Roto-Gro International last traded at 2.1.
