HotCopper and The Market Online welcome a new segment, Realty Talk featuring market experts Kevin Turner and Bushy Martin.
The segment has been going as a podcast for many years and promises ‘a balanced view’ on real estate investment.
“We’ve got a massive array of guests who bring a broad range of views, we don’t necessarily peddle any one view, we try to give as broad a range as we can to educate as many people about the property market as we possibly can,” Kevin Turner said.
Host Bushy Martin said despite the recent rapid real estate price growth, there were always opportunities to invest in property.
“Every property in every street, in every suburb, in every state is different from every other one of the 11 million properties across 15,000 suburbs, so we’ve got effectively 11 million-odd property markets happening in conjunction,” he said.
“Both Kevin and I are big proponents of property ‘and’ equities. This old debate of property ‘or’ shares doesn’t ring true for us, we know that the most successful investors are those that embrace both asset classes.
“We’re really excited about the opportunity to blend property investing principles and fundamentals together with the awesome information that you share through the HotCopper channels. So together I think we’re really going to give investors an excellent opportunity to truly put themselves in the position they want to be faster, safer and more affordably.”
