Australian healthcare software provider Global Health (GLH) has secured a contract with Yarram District Health Service.

Under this contract, Global Health will provide various solutions to the hospital and community health services in Yarram, Victoria.

The services may include MasterCare Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Dashboards as a Service (DaaS), ReferralNet secure messaging platform and Hothealth which is a patient engagement platform.

This contract win is the first for FY22/23 and it is also the first regional Victoria contract for the company.

The contract has an initial term of four years, with two four-year extensions available.

Global Health estimates the contract is valued at approximately $200,000 through the initial 12 months across implementation and annual recurring revenue.

The company said the contract win is another key outcome from the strong sales pipeline in place and continues the MasterCare EMR platform’s growth trajectory in its key markets of community health and hospital providers.

“Our MasterCare solutions will enable Yarram to better run their day-to-day health management,” Global Health CEO Michael Davis said.

“We are excited to be working in regional Victoria and supporting Yarram District Health Service, an exceptional regional based community health and hospital provider that delivers high-quality healthcare to improve patient outcomes and wellbeing in Gippsland.”

Shares in Global Health were up 5 per cent, trading at 31.5 cents at market close.
