Great Boulder continues to have drilling success at Side Well.

Great Boulder Resources (ASX:GBR) has hit further high-grade gold as its continues to significantly extend the known mineralisation at the Side Well gold project in Western Australia.

The high-grade gold intersected in the latest drilling at Side Well has defined extensions of mineralisation to the north and east of the 782,000 ounces Mulga Bill – Eaglehawk resource.

“Extensional drilling at Mulga Bill and Eaglehawk within Side Well has intersected more high-grade gold in several areas, extending gold lodes in several parts of this system,” MD, Andrew Paterson, said.

“The latest drilling has defined extensions to the Mulga Bill East area, with results such as 18m t 7.36 grams per tonne (g/t) gold approximately 140m north of the current resource and 4.0m at 4.47 g/t at the southern end.

“As a result, we have extended the known mineralisation in this area by more than 400m, defining high- grade gold over a total of 900m of strike.

“Drilling is also making great progress at our Peak Hill gold oroject, with two RC rigs in operation. We are looking forward to seeing the first results from that area in late August.”

The recent drilling at Mulga Bill and Eaglehawk has been focusing on extending mineralisation outside of the current mineral resource and confirming lodes and grade continuity.

Mulga Bill East has an existing resource over 450m of strike with gold mineralisation in west-dipping quartz veins and subvertical sulphide rich lodes. Drilling from late 2025 and early 2026 extended the known mineralisation over a strike length of approximately 900m.

The recent drilling has confirmed this mineralisation and demonstrated grade continuity.

Highlighted results at Mulga Bill East include 18m at 7.36cg/t from 120m, 6.0m at 14.8 g/t from 265m and 2.0m at 13.3 g/t.

At Eaglehawk, the recent drilling focused on testing the margins of modelled mineralisation to better define and constrain the mineral resource. Results show that mineralisation continues outside of the modelled lodes and remains open beyond the current mineral resource envelopes.

Highlighted results include 7.0m at 14.5 g/t Au from 56m, 0.64m at 82.8 g/t from 265.36m and 4.0m at 9.12 g/t from 80m.

The combined Mulga Bill – Eaglehawk deposit extends over a combined strike length of 2.5km, with recent drilling confirming mineralisation in the gap between Eaglehawk and Mulga Bill.

GBR was up 9.37% to 7.0¢. Mkt cap $100.6M.
