- Brett, alongside Jay Stephenson, resigned from the role of joint company secretary, effective today
- They’re replaced by Stuart Usher
- Both Brett and Stuart begin their new roles immediately
- Holista Colltech is up 2.63 per cent today, trading at 19.5 cents each
Biotech Company Holista Colltech (HCT) has appointed a new chairman and a new company secretary.
Brett Fraser is leaving his position as joint company secretary, and stepping onto the board as non-executive chairman.
Brett had been joint secretary alongside Jay Stephenson. Jay had served as company secretary since 2012, until Brett joined him in the role in 2018.
Both Jay and Brett resigned from the position and new company secretary Stuart Usher has stepped in, effective immediately.
Holista says Brett has experience as an ASX company director and has a background in finance and securities, having worked in the industry for over 30 years.
Brett holds a bachelor of business and a graduate diploma in finance from the Securities Institute of Australia.
In addition, Brett is a fellow of CPA Australia, Financial Services Institute of Australasia and Governance Institute of Australia.
Brett’s experience as a director includes his current position at Sundance Resources; where he was formerly a director of Aura Energy, Drake Resources, Doray Minerals, Blina Minerals, Brainytoys, Empire Resources and Gage Roads Brewing Co.
Incoming secretary Stuart has a background in accounting. In addition, he is a chartered company secretary and has 25 years experience in the management and corporate affairs of public listed companies.
Stuart holds an MBA from the University of Western Australia, and the company says he has experience in corporate and financial management, strategy and planning, mergers and acquisitions and investor relations and corporate governance.
Holista Colltech is up 2.63 per cent today, trading at 19.5 cents at 3:00 pm AEDT.
