- The company says it expects trading to reach record levels as consumers come out of lockdown and enter the school holidays across NSW

Indoor Skydive Australia (IDZ) is rolling out its fourth FREAK venue in Sydney, New South Wales (NSW).
IDZ, a part of ISA Group, has penned an agreement with AMP Capital, the owners of Macquarie Centre in Sydney, for a five-year lease of the retail site in Sydney’s north shore.
Macquarie Centre is a leading Sydney shopping centre, surrounded by corporate businesses, a large local population and Macquarie University, with train lines and the new Sydney metro nearby. The new location, huddled close to a Timezone, cinemas and dining areas, offers 127 square metres that will see FREAK’s flagship free roam arena, offering Ghost Patrol and Arizona Sunshine Arena games.
The FREAK product is a free roam, multiplayer virtual reality experience that is said to offer the most real life 4D encounters available in Australia.
An Assassins Creed-themed virtual reality escape room for four players will also be on offer, along with four, full motion VR racing simulators. The VR technology will be delivered by HP and HTC Vive, following FREAK’s strategic partnerships that have been established over the past two years.
Wayne Jones, Indoor Skydive CEO said, “After a brief pause due to lockdowns, we are excited to continue with the FREAK rollout in line with the company’s strategy, and to have FREAK’s fourth location open in time for the summer holiday period.”
