Javelin Minerals (JAV) has intersected high-grade gold from the Eastern Trend and wide gold intersections along the Main Trend north of the Coogee pit at its Coogee Project.

The Coogee Project is located approximately 55 kilometres southeast of Kalgoorlie and immediately to the west of Silver Lake Resource’s Randalls’ Mill.

The further high‐grade gold and copper assay results come from 4-metre composite samples collected during the fourth phase RC drilling program at the Coogee Project.

Significant gold intersection in one hole (CORC151) of eight metres at 2.81 grams per tonne of gold and 0.21 per cent copper from 176 metres is one of the widest moderate grade intersections encountered to date north of the Coogee pit.

Three drill holes confirmed the continuation of the mineralised shear zone.

Deeper drilling is now required to determine the significance and to test the latest model.

An aircore drill program is now proposed to be conducted over the 3km gold trend and Coogee West and Coogee Lake targets and prospects.

The project’s location near the major mining centre of Kalgoorlie in Western
Australia provides ready access to both significant exploration and mining support services.

To date the company has completed four phases of RC drilling totalling 135 holes for 19,136 metres.

The drill programs have been successful in outlining mineralisation which transitions from
gold to copper‐gold to the north within a broader copper‐gold system at Coogee which now has strike length of over one kilometre.

Javelin Minerals last traded at 0.2 cents on February 1.
