Mineral exploration company Lincoln Minerals (LML) has appointed Grace Tsui as Chief Executive Officer.

Grace brings with her over 16 years of experience in senior roles within the banking and wealth management industry. She also comes with a Master’s degree in Business Studies and a Diploma in Financial Planning.

Most recently, Grace spent three years as the Chief Executive Officer of Noah Holdings Australia, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Noah Holdings Limited. Noah, which was founded in 2003, is China’s first independent wealth management company to list on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

Prior to her tenure at Noah, Grace was the Head of Multicultural Customer Acquisition and Director of Premium Asian Business for Westpac Bank. Before that, she held various wealth management positions at other banks in Australia and New Zealand, including HSBC NZ, Citibank, and ANZ.

In the announcement on August 17, the company’s board of directors commented on Grace’s appointment to the top job at Lincoln Minerals.

“The Board welcomes Mrs Tsui’s appointment to assist in driving the commercial and business capabilities of Lincoln,” the announcement said.

Grace officially began her term as Lincoln Minerals’ Chief Executive Officer on August 17, 2020. Her contract with the company does not have a fixed term, but can be terminated by either party with three months’ notice.

In her new role, she will receive an annual salary of $120,000, plus statutory superannuation. On top of that, Grace will also receive a vehicle allowance worth $25,000.

Lincoln Minerals shares are steady today, priced at 0.6 cents at market close.
