Manhattan Corporation (MHC) will commence reverse circulation (RC) drilling at New Bendigo in early August.

New Bendigo is part of the Tibooburra Gold Project in New South Wales.

The company recently discovered a shallow high-grade prospect called Western Lode which is located 250 metres west of the previously known New Bendigo mineralisation. Drilling at Western Lode returned seven metres at 18.16g/t of gold from 87 metres.

Manhattan also followed up with the structure of the expanded high-grade mineralised gold intersections from the recent drilling on the New Bendigo Main Zone.

The drilling returned significant results, which include two metres at 17.30 g/t of gold from 87 metres and two metres at 13.71g/t of gold from 89 metres.

Because of these results, the company plans to undertake a further rotary air blast (RAB) and aircore programs to target the extents of the known mineralised system.

Additional drilling is planned to target the area between the Western Lode and Main Zone, where currently no drilling has been conducted.

Manhattan is up 5.56 per cent on the market this morning and is selling shares for 1.9 cents each at 10:31 am AEST.
