Welcome to this week’s HotCopper Highlights, where we take a look at the stocks that had HotCopper investors talking most this week. Judo Capital (ASX:JDO) was comfortably the most viewed stock on the platform after suffering its biggest one-day fall on record. Shares plunged more than 40 per cent after the lender slashed its profit outlook, blaming rising bad debts and higher loan loss provisions.

On the HotCopper forums, investors were split between calling it a buying opportunity and others questioning whether more downside may be ahead.

Mesoblast (ASX:MSB) was another stock attracting plenty of attention. Investors continued following the rollout of its FDA-approved stem cell therapy in the United States, with discussion in Week 26 largely centred on sales momentum and what the next commercial update could mean for the company.

Rounding out the most viewed list was Anson Resources (ASX:ASN). The critical minerals developer remained firmly on investors’ watchlists as traders looked ahead to further progress at its US lithium projects and debated whether improving sentiment towards battery metals could lift the sector.

Over on the discussion boards, Nanoveu (ASX:NVU) topped the list. Investors were focused on the company’s latest developments in AI semiconductor technology, with plenty of debate around whether its edge AI platform can convert promising technology into commercial partnerships.

WiseTech Global (ASX:WTC) also generated strong discussion after another volatile week. Traders continued weighing the recent governance headlines against the company’s long-term growth story, with plenty of disagreement over whether the recent share price weakness presents value.

And Hawk Resources (ASX:HWK) rounded out the most discussed stocks after announcing exploration access across its Olympus scandium project. Investors were quick to debate the project’s potential and whether it could become the company’s next major catalyst.

That’s it for this week’s HotCopper Highlights. I’ll see you next week.
