Memphasys (ASX:MEM) has signed a three-year Thailand distribution deal with IVF Envimed for its Felix sperm separation system. The exclusive contract guarantees A$430,500 over its three-year term, boosting the company’s South-East Asian revenue to A$1 million and driving total FY26 revenues to ~$3 million.

This is the second Thai-based deal for the reproductive biotech company, after it signed a $530K bargain with TMSC Viet Nam Medical in June.

To support marketing and clinical education before regulatory clearances, Memphasys has received an order of three Felix consoles and 100 Felix cartridges.

IVF Envimed, a Bangkok specialist with 15 years of distribution experience, supplies media products to all 110 registered IVF clinics in Thailand. The distributor’s infrastructure includes a six-person sales team, two engineers, cold chain logistics, and collaborations with Siriraj and Ramathibodi med schools.

“Thailand represents another important milestone in the commercialisation of Felix and demonstrates the execution of our global growth strategy,” the company’s chair of commercialisation, Marjan Mikel, said.

“With minimum contracted revenue across South-East Asia now approaching A$1 million, we are building a growing international network of leading IVF partners and a scalable recurring revenue business underpinned by Felix.”

IVF Envimed is eager to get the bargain going, MD Adul Vangtal said today. “We look forward to leveraging our nationwide commercial network and clinical support infrastructure to accelerate adoption and establish Felix as an important innovation in sperm preparation for IVF labs across Thailand.”

Under the deal, commercial revenue will start after regulatory approval from the Thai FDA and Medical Device Control Division is secured. Envimed is responsible for obtaining that approval at its own expense. Memphasys, meanwhile, will be providing technical, regulatory, and quality documentation.

That should go through “within three to six months,” the Oz biotech company has confirmed. Fourth quarter CY26 has been circled internally.

Memphasys also currently holds commercial agreements across Australia, Europe, the United Kingdom, India, Japan, Vietnam, the Middle East, and North Africa. The company just closed a windfall U.K. deal last week.

MEM last traded at 7cps today, and was +8.3% on Tuesday.
