Dateline Resources (ASX:DTR) has been trending today up after the U.S. government came out in support of the company’s Colosseum gold and heavy rare earth element (HREE) operations. The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has filed its opposition motion against Federal Court proceedings initiated by a non-government organisation, the National Parks Conservation Association.
The DOJ says Dateline’s activities are authorised under the current plan of operations and that no new plan is required. The DOJ also argued the National Park’s April letter confirmed the existing legal status of the approved plan.
DTR boomed some +25.9% on the news, to 17¢ at time of writing.
Elsewhere, Klevo Rewards (ASX:KLV) was popular with HotCopper followers after it announced the successful completion of a fourteen-day commercial trial of its stablecoin transaction platform. During the trial period, the platform processed and generated approximately US$1.22M in gross revenue.
Chairman David Vinson said the successful trial demonstrated the platform’s ability to process significant transaction volumes and provided validation of Klevo’s stablecoin-based payment and financial services capability.
KLV rose a bumper +39.1% at lunchtime, to 6.4¢.
And finally, Cokal (ASX:CKA) jumped after successfully completing an export shipment of approximately 10,200 tonnes of metallurgical coal to China.
