Musgrave Minerals (MGV) has confirmed “exceptional” gold grades at its Cue gold project in WA’s Murchison District.
Significant new intersections from a recent reverse circulation grade control drilling program on the Starlight Lode at Break of Day included 19 metres at 112 grams per tonne (g/t) gold from 27 metres, including three metres at 676 g/t gold from 31 metres.
Another hit was 28 metres at 68.5 g/t of gold from 21 metres, including four metres at 410 g/t gold from 34 metres.
Drill hole density was infiled to 7.5 metres by 7.5 metres to a verticle depth of around 30 metres inside the stage one PFS Break of Day starter pit.
“These infill grade control drilling results from the Starlight Lode at Break of Day focus on the early months of development to provide added certainty in forecasting and scheduling of future gold production,” Musgrave Managing Director Rob Waugh said.
The results represent the final drilling stage before approvals and further development studies can begin.
