New Age Exploration (NAE) has completed an aeromagnetic survey over the Bullock Well Gold Project and part of the Quartz Hill Gold Project in WA.

The company engaged MagSpec Airborne Surveys to conduct the phase two program, which targeted four exploration licences that span 220 square kilometres. Three of the licences make up the Bullock Well Gold Project and a single exploration licence covers a portion of the Quartz Hill. Gold Project.

Pleasingly, New Age identified multiple intrusive and shear-hosted gold targets as well as nickel-copper-cobalt targets.

“The second phase of our geophysical program in the Pilbara has highlighted multiple new exciting targets to follow up as we continue with our maiden drilling in the North,” Executive Director Joshua Wellisch said.

New Age plans to follow up on these targets with a reconnaissance surface sampling before it begins an aircore drilling program.

The company is already undertaking an aircore program on the Northern tenement in the Pilbara region but this has been paused due to an environmental concern flagged by the Department of Water.

So far, 19 holes have been completed and drilling will continue once the environmental issue has been resolved.

Company shares are up 5.26 per cent and are trading at 2 cents at 11:50 am AEST.
