Harts Range is prospective for a range of mineralisation.

New Frontier Minerals (ASX:NFM) has received independent modelling which has defined a significant bedrock conductor within the Harts Range project in the Northern Territory.

The work by Southern Geoscience Consultants (SGC) was undertaken in exploration licence EL 34147, part of the Harts Range heavy rare earths, niobium and tungsten asset.

The conductor was modelled from publicly available Geoscience Australia AusAEM airborne electromagnetic (AEM) data as a single, flat-lying plate approximately 240m below surface.

Chairman, Gerrard Hall, noted the conductor is located 3.5km south of the Kings Cross magnetic anomaly, within the belt that BHP Xplor-backed research reframed in June 2026 as a district-scale copper-nickel mineral system that remains untested.

“The Southern Geoscience AusAEM assessment provides further independent support for the emerging exploration potential of our Harts Range project,” Mr Hall said.

“The identification of a bedrock conductor at depth, interpreted from airborne electromagnetic modelling, is particularly encouraging given its proximity to the recently announced BHP Xplor-backed Litchfield Minerals C2 conductor.

“While this is an early-stage geophysical target, the results reinforce our view that Harts Range has the potential to host a much broader mineral system than previously recognised. Importantly, the study demonstrates that airborne electromagnetic data can successfully identify concealed bedrock conductors within the belt, providing New Frontier with an effective tool to prioritise future exploration.”

NFM’s forthcoming Harts Range work program will include a review of the company’s existing magnetic, radiometric and geological datasets across southern EL 34147 for coincident structure, lithology and magnetic response

It also plans to undertake reconnaissance mapping and rock chip sampling along the projected surface position of the conductor.

NFM was steady at 0.5¢ with a Mkt cap of $8.691M prior to markets opening.
