Smart hearing solutions Nuheara (NUH) has partnered up with multinational technology company HP.

HP is an American technology company that develops personal computers (PCs), printers and related supplies. HP is one of the world’s largest personal computer vendors, with 59 million PC devices sold in 2019.

The collaboration will see Nuheara co-develop a new audio experience for HP customers. The first stage of the deal is a service-based scope of work valued at US$1.2 million (around A$1.7 million).

“This product and technology collaboration with one of the world’s largest personal computer vendors is testament to Nuheara’s leading edge in hearables,” Nuheara CEO Justin Miller said.

“It is a validation of our research and development, our products, and most importantly the Nuheara team, who are committed to creating smart hearing solutions that enhance the power to hear. We are looking forward to developing the partnership over the coming year,” he added.

On the market this morning, Nuheara is up 12.5 per cent and is trading for 6.3 cents per share at 11:14 am AEST.
